Meet Our Admissions Team


Admissions Director, Tressa Stukey

Tressa graduated from Jonesville High School in 2010. She has 7 years experience in long-term care. Tressa has a wide range of experience working in long-term care, she has worked as a CNA, Admissions/Discharge Planning Assistant and an LPN prior to coming to Arbor Manor. Tressa attended Jackson College where she attained her Licensed Practical Nurse certificate in 2016. Tressa began working at Arbor Manor in October of 2017. “Arbor Manor strives to uphold the highest standards of care each and every day and I’m so glad to be a part of that.”


Director of Social Services, Tracy Martin

Tracy graduated with an associate’s degree in business in 2006 and a bachelor’s degree in Family Life Education through Spring Arbor University in 2011. Her journey began working at S.A.F.E Place, a domestic violence shelter for women and children for a short period of time, before transitioning into elder care. Tracy began working at The Oaks at NorthPointe Woods in Battle Creek as the Community Support Specialist & Social Service Associate for four years. She then transferred to Ridgecrest as the Director of Social Services in 2015. Tracy began working at Arbor Manor in July 2018 as the Director of Social Services and is grateful to be part of a caring team.


Social Services Coordinator, Larissa Laidler

Larissa is a clinical social worker, who graduated with her MSW in 2018 from Spring Arbor University, where she also earned her BSW in 2014. Larissa has experience working with children and adults in the field as a Client Services Manager (CSM), as well as a School Social Work intern at Jackson Public Schools. Larissa is passionate about being an advocate for vulnerable individuals. Larissa began working at Arbor Manor in September 2018 as the Social Services Coordinator.
