Meet Our Admissions Team

Admissions Director, Julie Morse-

Julie Morse has 26 years long term care experience, in and around the Jackson community.  She left Arbor Manor for a short time to learn other aspects of the long-term care industry. Her experience in the industry is vast – she has worked for the county as well as corporate and another family owned facility. After some time away, Julie rejoined the staff at Arbor Manor “because Arbor Manor truly cares about their residents and their quality of life.”





Admissions Assistant, Kcortni Harris-

Kcortni Harris has 18 years of experience in health care.  Her career started in the mental health field in 1999.  She attended Jackson Community College and managed a group home for 3 years before moving on to long term care.  Kcortni has done admissions for 5 years, working for a family owned business and a corporation.





DIRECTOR OF SOCIAL SERVICES, Jonathan Richardson “Jon”-

Jon graduated from Adrian High School in 1995, he continued on to Eastern Michigan University where he graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor Degree in Science with a focus on Social Work. He has worked in long term care for 17 years, 15 of those years at Laurels of Coldwater. While at the Laurels of Coldwater Jon was the facilitator for the Alzheimer’s Association and plans to bring that to Arbor Manor in the near future.





SOCIAL SERVICE ASSOCIATE, Christina M. Riske “Chrissy”-

Chrissy graduated from Hanover Horton High School in 1999, she went to Adrian College where she played volleyball and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor Degree in Arts with an Art Minor. Upon graduating from Adrian College she was employed at Henry Ford Allegiance Health for 12 years. She started at Allegiance in the Inpatient Mental Health Units as a psychiatric technician, but was also able to fill the role of discharge planner, clerical unit secretary for both units and Quality Management. She worked closely with the adult and geriatric populations and was there for 10 years. Eventually she transitioned to the case management department as the discharge planner for the skilled nursing facilities for 2 years, before leaving the hospital in March of 2017 to come to Arbor Manor. At Arbor Manor Chrissy assists in Social Services, facilitating the transition of discharged residents back into the community.
